First: Return Policy Can I return the product? Yes, Al-Manzel Al-Sihy store allows the return of health and food products (such as Tipson herbal tea, Hinterland Manuka honey, health supplements) in the following cases: - The product arrives in a condition that does not match the description displayed. - There is damage or harm to the packaging upon receipt. - The product is unsuitable for the customer, provided it is unopened and unused. Important note For health and safety reasons, no health or food product that has been opened or used can be returned or exchanged. Non-returnable products - Opened or used health or food products. - Orders containing offers or multiple packages (partial return not allowed). - International orders (outside Saudi Arabia). Return fees Return fee: 19 Saudi Riyals (fixed fee). Shipping and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable as they are services that have been executed and benefited from. Conditions for accepting a return request The following conditions must be met: - The product must be in its original condition and unused. - Return the product with the complete and undamaged original packaging. - The customer has the right to submit only one return request per order. Second: Return period Health and food products (honey – tea – herbs): 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. The period is calculated from the actual receipt date recorded with the shipping company. Third: Refund The amount will be refunded after: - The product arrives at our warehouses. - The product is examined and confirmed to meet the return conditions. - The amount is transferred to the customer's bank account within a maximum of 21 working days. Fourth: Return method - Submit a return request via the return link available on Al-Manzel Al-Sihy website. - Receive the shipping label via email. - Send the product using the specified shipping company. - After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 21 days. Fifth: Exchange policy Al-Manzel Al-Sihy relies on a flexible and simple exchange system: - Submit a return request for the product to be exchanged. - Send the product to us after receiving the shipping label. - After the refund, the customer can request the replacement product directly from the website.
